Long claim processing time frame
Advertisement for metlife and when you are signing up highlighted quick claim process. It doesnt say 7-10 days or longer to review & process claims. It is in the handbook very deep its not something clearly highlighted.
I've waited up to 15 days for a claim to be processed. I make sure to even get SODA from vet office and submit all together and the time frame is still long.
I've notice while deductible is still due claims are processed quicker as its applied toward deductible 3-5 days to process.
