MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Usually very fast with getting my claim submitted and money back in my pocket. Had a double refund once that was a little inconvenient, but they helped me a long the way.

The quality of coverage is unmatched. I have preventative, accident/illness coverage for both of my dogs and ultimately it’s the utmost peace of mind. Having to receive care no longer leaves me worried about the financial aspect of making decisions. My only dissatisfaction is really around operational excellence and lack of attention to detail from a claims processing standpoint. On multiple occasions I’m told you all are awaiting documents that have already been provided. On one occasion specifically, the documents provided had been added to a completely new claim rather than the open claim, which increased processing time and resulted in me reaching out in confusion.

Easy app to use and to file claims.

Fairly new to pet insurance, but I give Metlife an A+ for services I’ve received so far. Their online portal as well as the mobile app are some of the easiest online options I have used. I found the response time for my claims very acceptable. I had my refund in two or three days and the document upload was very simple to do thank you MetLife

My claim was completed and payment received within 3 days of submitting! The app is very easy to use. I am very happy with MetLife.
