Horrible experience and lies
I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for several years now. Until recently I had not experienced many issues but lately it has been beyond horrible. I have 7 pets insured, I foster dogs and I am very involved in rescue. MetLife has done nothing but give excuse after excuse as to why the claims are taking so long to process. They even are changing the way they process claims mid process. Now does anyone take responsibility and try to handle the claim, NO. All you will get is excuses and told you just have to wait a couple more days even though I have waited since August 12, 2023 already. I have been told by a supervisor on august 25, 2023 it should only take 5-7 more days. And yet here I am Sept 5, 2023 being told no I have to wait longer. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I will not recommend to anyone in the rescue community more specifically. I have been hung up, lied too many times and do not have one single good thing to say about this company.
I did provide MetLife with my info to be contacted but no one has bothered
