Claims processing has slowed way down. It shouldn’t take weeks on end to process a claim, especially when it was for a sick visit.

Expensive but worth every penny

Expensive but worth every penny. The app is great, filing a claim is simple and customer support is readily available. My dog has cancer and I'm so grateful I have reputable insurance. Because of MetLife, I'm able to provide the care her life depends on.
