Great experience so far!
They make it very easy to file claims through the app and we have had no issue getting reimbursed for claims. The process can be a little slow at times, sometimes taking up to 2 weeks for the claim to be reviewed and reimbursed, but they have all gotten reimbursed in the long run. I appreciate the app and email notifications with updates on my claim. I also love that the money is deposited quickly to my account via Zelle. The few times I have had to call in to customer service with questions, they have always had a great attitude and been very helpful!
