MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Love MetLife Pet Insurance! I submitted a claim last week and received a response and reimbursement within a couple of days. Customer service is ALWAYS so kind and helpful.

The app is easy to use and easy to submit claims, especially after a recent updates in the past year. Most of my experiences with customer service have been positive. The turnaround time is sometimes slow on claims , I have had issues with a few claims that should’ve been covered, and the price going up significantly in the past year- these are the reasons I am not giving a higher rating

I’m so glad I chose this pet insurance! Filing a claim is incredibly easy, and the response time is impressively fast. The refund process is straightforward and hassle-free. Plus, any time I’ve had a question, there’s always been someone helpful available by phone. Highly recommend!

Refunds are a bit slow for “big ticket” items, such as surgeries or diagnostic testing. But, otherwise, the service is very good.

Working with the MetLife team, it’s been a flawless experience from the beginning. I don’t think I’ll ever leave.
