best decision to get coverage for my kitties

It was difficult at first to get all the paper work required for the claim. Once I got the hang of it, it was easy and payment was prompt. Thank you for making a difficult time a little less difficult.

Reliable and consistent

Claims have always been paid as promised. I just upload a copy of the invoice and doctor’s note and they are paid without question. Occasionally there have been delays in the past, but lately payment has been coming pretty quickly (less than a week)
