Easy to file

Easy to file, reasonable reimbursement! If I could suggest that instead of paying out up front, it would be nice if MetLife could pay first, just my thoughts.

Straightforward Claiming Process

Filing a claim is easy and straightforward. I appreciate how getting the refund was made seamless as well. It's my first time getting pet insurance with MetLife. My older pet is under a different insurance company, so the ease of the claiming process with MetLife for my new pet was evident to me compared to the other one.
