I submitted 2 claims and one was processed quickly and I was notified quickly. The other claim took longer even though they were submitted together.

Quick and easy to submit a claim

Quick and easy to submit a claim. Payout is usually within a week unless they’re busy. I am so grateful I stumbled upon MetLife for my pet insurance. It has been instrumental to my dogs care. Wouldn’t change a thing!

MetLife Pet Insurance makes submitting insurance claims easy. Just takes minutes to submit new claims. It's very easy to check the status of the claims. Only suggestion for improvement would be to process claims quicker.
