MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I feel like MetLife seems to Delay in reimbursement of processing. This area needs to be somewhat improved

Let me start by saying that I have never had an issue with MetLife until recently. The app needs work. When you submit claims for more than one pet it is VERY confusing. After submitting my claim, I couldn’t determine if it submitted/submitted correctly through the app. I had to just email it which was way better for me. Also I was told that because I submitted both claims incorrectly that someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours. It took a week and a half before that happened only because I was persistent.my claims took two weeks to get paid off.

Easy to use and don't need extra hassles when dealing pet health care.

all of the customer service people are kind, patient and wonderfully helpful. They will even stay on the phone with you while you work out issues on line.

We love MetLife pet insurance for many reasons. I work at a Veterinary Hospital and see many other insurance companies our clients have for their pets . MetLife is by far the best pet insurance provider out of all of them. I recommend MetLife to all clients looking for pet insurance.
