I have always had a positive experience with MetLife Pets. It has been 3 years since I joined the company and I have never had a bad experience of any kind with them. Their customer service is amazing! Filing a claim is the easiest process as well.

Good Experience so Far

We have been pet owners for over 50 years, but this is the first time we have had pet insurance. Over the 3 years since we purchased MetLife, we have filed several claims which have been processed efficiently and fairly. Filing claims online is convenient and easy. Our calls to customer service have been answered quickly by knowledgeable staff.
