MetLife is so simple and reliable
MetLife is so simple and reliable. I was worried at first I wouldnât be able to understand everything needed for the claims but it was the easiest process. I enjoy the experience so much I referred my sister to the insurance for her new 3 month cat.

Quality Pet Insurance
We have used MetLife insurance for both of our dogs and have had a good experience with them. They review and reimburse for claims, and respond to appeals, promptly and have a very user-friendly website.

Denial of eligible claims
There have been instances where eligible claims were denied and it was only because I called to query that I was told it was being âreviewedâ by a machine, I assume AI. Because I called the claim was reviewed by an actual person and approved. It also takes several days sometimes 3 weeks before a claim is addressed. Neither of these occurrences is acceptable.
