It was easy to submit our claim for immunization and fecal check as well as preventative flea/tick meds. The payment of the claim was in our bank before our charge account was due!

I have my three cats insured with MetLife and so far I have only positive feedback for the Company. It is easy to put in claims, if necessary and MetLife is responding to all matters with explanations. Also, it is nice to have professional friendly staff during a phone-call.
