ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

My little guy butter has been struggling with a gagging choking cough all year. I had him to three different vets. They all gave different opinions but did not have the capability to do the testing needed to come up with the diagnosis. Many pets never batted an eye and I believe they saw the struggle. Because the symptoms were worsening I took him to the veterinary teaching Hospital in Colorado they did numerous tests on him and finally came up with the diagnosis a treatment plan. I had another insurance company on my other dog that has since passed she was 18 and they would him haw around. As long as you are honest and provide documentation of the past and current they will pay acceptable fees including medication and vet visits. If you want really good insurance Many Pets is the answer.

They communicated well and promptly.

I cancelled my dog’s policy in June as we moved to a state that is not covered by Many Pets. I received written communication of the cancellation in June. I STILL continued to be charged every month since, despite multiple correspondences and requests to remove my information permanently from their system. They also stated they would refund me for an aberrant charge last month but still have not. It should not take five months to cancel someone’s account. I have reported this company to the BBB.

I believe in excellence in customer service in all markets not just pet insurance. Many Pets has proved constent. Your call center is actually the best I've experieced. Calls are answered with limited hold time, reps very polite, well trained about the product, and are willing to take extra steps to answer questions they may not be sure of. Claims are reviewed quickly with email responses within hours to acknowledge receipt of a claim and a day or two to respond with coverage information. My review is based on my experiences beginning with my choice to choose Many Pets instead of other pet insurers. I recommend Many Pets to all my firends and family based on my experiences with confidence that they will have a good experience.
