ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

I did not know we have a $500 deductable. We have 2 policies with you and pay over $100 a month. We never turned in any claims for over the first year of coverage.

This insurance company spends so much money on advertising and telling you to refer your friends but needs to spend more on the actual claim handlers. So far I’ve i been waiting just short of 4 months, for a large claim submitted. I’ve tried chasing it up, it’s so difficult to get through to them on the phone and when you do nothing actually happens. I’ve had my claim queried because our vets have our dog recorded as ‘dachshund’ whereas I noted him as a ‘miniature dachshund’ COME ON! Even the vets laughed thinking I wasn’t serious when I asked them to amend their records. I’ve informed them I am financially vulnerable and they literally don’t give a s…t. I gave them a second star only because when we had to claim in January they saw to this really quickly.

ManyPets has been an absolute life saver for my 9 year old Dachshund, Reuben. I've had my policy for a little over a year now and just used it for the first time after an emergency visit to the neurologist came with an MRI. ManyPets received the claim, approved it, and refunded me in less than a week. Additionally, they have a great customer service team always ready to help & answer what they can. ManyPets is the best!

I am grateful that they were very compassionate with the shock of the damage to my cat. The review of claims was very speedy. Very appreciated!

Claims are processed quickly with no hassle. Easy to file claims and customer service is fantastic!! Anytime I have had a question or help and called customer service I have received great service and help. The customer service agents are so friendly and always ready to help. I am so happy I found Many Pets, we have 2 dogs now and rates are fair plus no $ limit on claims.
