After researching, and speaking with representatives, I was highly impressed with this company. Everything seems transparent and straight forward. I signed up with them and was able to get the waiting period waived by sending them a cancelation notice from the other insurer. I bought the Wellness package as well and my next week vet appointment for the annual exam is covered up to a certain amount. So far, I'm highly impressed. Customer service and email correspondence far exceeded my expectations. I think I found a good place.
