First experience "ever"

It was my first experience with pets not sure what to expect 😕. Since it was my first experience with pets insurance I love the products and customer service support. Communication and interpretation was a concern. But with the great support we was able to get it squared away 🙂. Thanks

So far good but no detail on reimbursement.

So far good. Only 3 months in and one claim filed. The reimbursement was sufficient but there was no detail explaining the reimbursement…just checks. In all other respects ManyPets is a pleasure to work with.

Haven't used the policy yet so time…

Haven't used the policy yet so time will only tell. I did have to call in and talk to customer service as the website only allows you to set up policies for 5 animals. Customer service was pleasant.
