I cancelled the plan because I didn't like the cancellation policy.

Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful..

Easy to sign up and provides clear information on coverage, deductible, etc.

After doing my research and knowing that I have a pet that has a pre existing condition that could be covered after 18 months of no symptoms, I decided this was the right company for us to insure our pets. I included both our dogs and the online system was easy to use and fast. We were sent the policy through email as soon as we completed the sign up and paid. I can't speak for how it will work if we need it but for now, I feel better having it in place.

Website was not working properly- it would not allow me to add the wellness plan. Also gave me an error message that my request wasn’t processed for the accident & illness coverage but my card was charged. I had to call to verify if I was or wasn’t enrolled. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. She confirmed I was enrolled and helped me add the wellness plan.
