I can,t say anything as of yet, I have not used this Insurance for anything, I can and will say it was very easy to buy but until I use it I am unable to give an honest opinion.

Patient and friendly!

I must have called 20 times asking different questions, asking the representatives to explain things -and they were nothing but helpful, professional, patient and friendly!!

Coverage options are excellent

Coverage options are excellent; premium is very reasonable; policy information readily available; customer service very responsive. With 4 cats covered this was all important and best option of various companies available.
