It was very easy to get a quote and pay. I’m hoping that we have a good experience with the service after. I read a lot of positive reviews. This is our second pet insurance and we we’re not happy with the first. I’m looking forward to working with this new company
The signup process was seamless, clear, and concise—a rarity in the insurance market. The Many Pets portal looks clean. I would, however, like to see more security options such as 2FA. I hope my three dogs remain healthy, and aside from taking advantage of the preventative maintenance wellness plan, I wish NOT to use accident/illness coverage but instead have it as "peace of mind." However, in the event of a claim, I do hope the reimbursement process is as easy and understandable as the signup process.
