I meant to have a $250 deductible

I meant to have a $250 deductible; however, when I reentered my information, the $500 deductible came back up but I didn't notice. I called the next day to try to change it to $250 but was told I would need to cancel and start all over or wait to the next year. I feel it should have been an easy change on a new policy.

Signing up for insurance was quick and easy, providing generous coverage at a price better than 7other pet insurance companies. Very pleased.

Very easy.

Very easy to sign up, very clear information and description of the plan. We went with the basic illness/ accident plan. Hope I never have to use it!

Easy to sign up for ManyPets and policy…

Easy to sign up for ManyPets and policy extremely competitive. I wanted unlimited annual expenses at 90%+ reimbursement on a 9 year old dog and priced through three different pet insurance companies and one aggregator that brought back 10 pet insurance companies. ManyPets was the most reasonable that didn't have annual limits and offered a $500 annual deductible.

Easy sign up, price seemed fair. I have not used the insurance yet
