Straightforward
The consultant was very nice, straight to the point, and patient with any questions to ask. Made sure we knew all the info and cleared up any confusion.
I uploaded my first claim and the process was extremely simple. As long as you understand their policies and the plans and what is and is not included, it’s super easy. I pay in full and upload images of my invoice. Reimbursement happens through direct deposit (it even gives you the option to ask for a check). So far my experience is great and super easy.
