After the expensive vet bill I just got from one of our dogs we decided to get insurance. I sure hope this helps if we have any emergency's.

I found their website easy to navigate. If I was confused, their helpful hints allowed me to understand what I was applying for.

The consultant was very nice, straight to the point, and patient with any questions to ask. Made sure we knew all the info and cleared up any confusion. I uploaded my first claim and the process was extremely simple. As long as you understand their policies and the plans and what is and is not included, it’s super easy. I pay in full and upload images of my invoice. Reimbursement happens through direct deposit (it even gives you the option to ask for a check). So far my experience is great and super easy.
