ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

I specifically asked them if they would cover my dog for any accidents after he had a surgery over 18 months ago and was assures they would. After I signed on with them, they changed their minds. Don't buy in to their sales.

I have never had a problem with ManyPets paying for a claim. I have both plans, accident and wellness. Every claim I've submitted has been paid for quickly. I don't understand these negative reviews about they want your dogs 18 months of history prior to paying a illness or accident claim. I had to do that the first time I submitted a claim but they helped me with this and got my dogs records from 2 different vets since I had changed to a new vet. It only took about a week. Since then every claim I've submitted has been approved and paid within a couple days. Prior to ManyPets I had Trupanion and they never paid one claim. I'm completely satisfied with ManyPets and plan on staying with them for a long time. Their customer service is Aone. And the wellness plan is fantastic.
