i was charged an annual deductible twice in one year. within a month of each other. also, the amount uncovered made no sense as my dog did not have a preexisting condition.

Manypets promptly did what was promised. Emergency visit on Tuesday, claim approved on Friday.

I am new to pet insurance and have been very happy with my ManyPets plan. I have had 3 claims. My dog cut his foot on glass and had to have stitches and pain medicine. ManyPets covered it. I have wellness in my plan. My dog just had his annual wellness exam and updated vaccines. ManyPets covered it. I hope we don't have any more injuries or illnesses. I have always had dogs with many vet bills to pay. It is nice to have support for the unexpected. Customer service is exceptional. I have called several times with questions as a new customer.

I have never had pet insurance before. The turn around time from submitting the claim to reimbursement was 24 hours! Wish people’s insurance was as quick!

When I got my French bulldog I was so worried about the vet bills but Many Pets has been absolutely amazing! It’s simple, straight forward and they usually reimburse me within 24 hours! It’s been such a relief when my pet is sick knowing I can bring her to the vet without worrying about the price.
