I’ve had so far the best experience with this insurance company. Their policy is very straightforward and clear no hidden information. My dog has been through a lot of medical conditions, and I never had to worry about paying my bills since I got covered by many pets .Their customer service representatives are always very fast to answer on point, dedicated, caring and very helpful. I’m so thankful for this insurance for making my life much easier with my pet me and Nio are so happy With their services thank you again many pets team

Very first claim was denied referencing previous history when even Vet in their analysis marked is as not a pre-existing condition. Still back and forth with them, but so far not really a great experience.

Pet insurance costs through the roof. I took my policy out before the company became many pets, and my dog is just five years old. I just had my renewal quote and it has increased by £96 per month, making the cost £216 per month. I nearly dropped through the floor when I saw it. I took out cover for life to give me peace of mind. The companies suggestions were to have a lower cover, bigger excess, add a percentage that I pay. Not cover for life at all. These companies have you over a barrel, because they know if you swap companies at this age pre-existing conditions won't be covered elsewhere. Although I am swapping because my dogs issues is controlled by diet, and has been under control for four and a half years. They have said I can complain, but this will take longer than the time for renewal of the policy. My dog is an emotional support dog, and also helps at home because I have disabilities. I have told them today " no wonder people are having to make the awful decision to give up their pet" Luckily when I called another insurer in tears they've been able to sort a policy out for me. I would avoid this company unless you want to find yourself with the same scenario.
