Excellent Service
Our 4 1/2 month old puppy was in the back yard and sustained a laceration to his paw. We took him to the vet on Sunday, on Monday they stitched him up, and on Saturday we received a reimbursement check from Healthy Paws.
Not knowing if we had cleared the 15 day waiting period we called to speak with a representative. The representative was very helpful and informed us that we were covered and to have our veterinarian submit the claim form.
The final touch was when we received an e-mail from the Claims Manager to inquire how our puppy was doing. The level of service we received from Healthy Paws exceeded our expectations.
