Very Positive Experience
I am very pleased with the care I received from Healthy Paws, both in the speed with which my claims were processed, and in the personal dialog I had with their customer service representatives. When our 9-year-old Sheltie was found to have both liver and gallbladder issues, I wasn't sure how much of her veterinary bills would be covered, since she has some disclosed pre-existing conditions. However, I was encouraged to find that Healthy Paws very promptly and fairly evaluated the claims for these new health issues, and made payment on the relevant diagnostic tests and treatment. They made the process of submitting the claim forms very simple, and immediately acknowledged that they were working on them. Reimbursement checks have already arrived. During the whole process I felt that they really cared about the level of service they were providing! And I'm happy to say that my dog Sylvie is doing much better!
