Not impressed so far

I chose Healthy Paws due to the great reviews here. But so far, they keep ignoring the pet records that my vet has now sent twice. I have also sent repeated emails about them ignoring the pet records and they keep responding with an automated email telling me that I haven't submitted the pet records. Since email doesn't work, I tried calling and now have to wait for someone to call me back. I don't know if they will actually cover anything. Not impressed.

Amazing pet insurance!

Healthy Paws is a wonderful pet insurance company to deal with. Their staff is extremely courteous and they are very prompt to respond to the claims. They even checked up on my dog to see how he was feeling after his surgery. So glad that I have this pet insurance!!!

Glad I switched to Healthy Paws!

I was previously with ASPCA for my new puppy and went for top of the line coverage. I was disappointed with the reimbursement rate (predetermined by them and NOT what the vet charged and not to mention the reimbursement process was tedious and time consuming. I switched to Healthy Paws after a year based on reviews and the fact that reimbursement is based on the actual bill. I don't miss the coverage for preventative care - as owners we have to take responsibility for these charges. I found HP to be straight forward, easy to submit/process and overall excellent! Did I mention the claim came within the first 45 days of switching? Icing on the cake was a follow up email to see how my pup was feeling! Can't beat the service for the price! I'm very happy and confident about my choice!

Happy client @ healthy paws

Our Kate has an infection after her last cycle. She was in pain and we took her to the vet. She stayed there from Friday - Tuesday and eventually was sprayed. Healthy Paws is great. Claim submission is easier and straightforward. All you have to do is upload the invoice. I also appreciate their follow up email to ensure Kate is back to her normal self. Thanks.

Lifesavers. Healthy Paws keeps their promises

Healthy Paws didn't hesitate to reimburse me for my puppies vet bills after he ate 3 of my socks, as well as getting infections in both eyes and ears. Even though I've only been with them a couple of months, they reimbursed the full 90% (minus the fee for the checkup, which is in their policy when you sign up). I highly recommend them to any dog owner. Also, you can get 10% off for the life of your pet if you are referred by somebody (feel free to email schooler94@gmail.com for a link).
