Hartville | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased Hartville Pet Insurance and within in two month my pup was diagnosed with Lyme disease. I was able to prove the highest quality of care for her. I had no stress about taking her for emergency visits, physical therapy, and other expensive tests like MRI! They are even helping pay for my prescription food. I am so relieved because without there help I would have not been able to pay my bills or I would have had to make some dreaded decisions. My Ladybug is just fine today and I owe that to Hartville. There are not words to describe the gratitude I feel..."Thank You!".

A little under 2 weeks ago, I took my new pup to the vet. He had a foxtail stuck in his mouth & his paw was hurting from rough puppy play. The Dr found he had a grade 4 heart murmur & an enlarged heart. Just 2 days later, my fur baby died in my backyard. We were & still are heartbroken. I submitted my claim for just under $1000 to Hartville. My claim was processed quickly & finalized yesterday. After my $250 deductible, they paid almost 1/2 my bill!! Charges not covered were due to anything related to illness. I had just started my plan a few days prior when this all happened. Illness has a 14 waiting period. On top of all that, a wonderful woman from Hartville called me last Friday to offer her condolences on the loss of our pup. She was so sweet & genuine. I talked to her like I was talking to a friend. That really meant alot!! And she didn't talk to me about my policy at all. Just a phone call to "see how I was doing". Wow! What a fantastic company. I highly recommend them! Thank you Hartville!! ❤️❤️

I just enrolled my dog in the Hartville Insurance earlier this year. Unfortunately my poor dog has had two serious medical issues since. Both times was really scary for our family but it was reassuring knowing that at least he had insurance and the financial part of it would be taken care of. Hartville processed both claims quickly and reimbursed us for our vet expenses as promised. Our family is so very grateful for Hartville Insurance.
