Fantastic Customer Service Whenever You Need Them

I started using Figo about a year ago and have had a really great experience all around with them. Their customer service is particularly helpful. Even when they told me they didn't cover supplements when my dog was diagnosed with cancer, they were empathetic and helpful. The rest of the claim was lightning fast and easy. I only wish our human insurance industry was as easy and straight forward! I've recommended them to many of my friends who have also started using them and really loved it. They are affordable, straight forward, easy to work with, and compassionate through every circumstance. My new puppy will be covered by them for life!

I highly recommend Figo. I have researched and had many policies with pet insurance companies out there. This one Im very comfortable with. Outstanding customer service and quick payment. If there is a concern, they will not hesitate to work with you.

I have experience with VPI, PETSBEST, NationWide, Pet Plan USAand I can honestly tell you I highly recommend Figo. highly recommend Figo. This one Im very comfortable with. The coverage is excellent. I have done lots of research on every pet insurance ins the USA. This company has Outstanding customer service and quick payment. If there is a concern, they will not hesitate to work with you unlike others mentioned above. I have turned in claims without problems. They are a newer company located in Chicago. I am a pet owner and do not work for this company. I would hesitate to trust the negative review mentioned above as sounds like a competitor.

Figo is the only pet insurance to consider

Figo is amazinng. The plans are easy to understand and follow. What I like about Figo is that plans offer easy to meet annual deductible, covers sickness, and injuries, less exclusions compared to other pet insurance companies, and very affordable. My dog is 5 years old, so I had to look for a pet insurance that was affordable and comprehensive. Figo was the one.I filed a claim for upper respiratory infection.. Claim processed in less than 5 days. I texted if they needed anything from me prior, and they said they will call my vet if they need to. This was great because I did not have to do much. Thanks Figo. You made my life easy

Highly recommend -- buy this now

I was hesitant to buy pet insurance because I had read it was kind of a gamble on your money. Then my kitten died, and I didn't want to ever worry about cost again during a pet's last moments. I was determined to find the best plan. I spent hours comparing policies, but I didn't need to. Figo had the best coverage and the best price -- and no cost in life-threatening emergencies. The site is beautiful and easy and the whole experience has just been so positive. My pet is treated like family. Bafflingly good! Don't wait until tragedy strikes; just do it!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
