I have been so impressed with FIGO! Expectations exceeded.
I have been so impressed with FIGO, during the first 8 months of coverage so far. I got coverage for my 2 young huskies. Every claim I have submitted (8-10 so far) has been processed so quickly, way faster than I ever expected (like 1-2 days), and the deposit is in my account 1-2 days later. No concerns whatsoever with what they've covered. It's so easy, I haven't had any need to contact customer service yet. I've used the iphone app to submit my claims. My only negative is that the app is NOT ipad friendly (or at least it wasn't the last time I tried to use it ~6 months ago). Otherwise, very very pleased with this service!
