Figo | Pet Insurance Review

Figo is my first experience with pet insurance and they have been great. I opted for the ultimate/100% reimbursement plan so I could proceed with our vet's recommendations without thinking about my wallet. In hindsight this was an excellent decision as we've had a few incidents in the past year that would have been painful otherwise. The peace of mind is well worth the expense. Figo has processed all of our claims quickly. Most recently they paid our $2k claim the day after I submitted it! At most I've had to submit additional/missing paperwork. They haven't ever hassled me regarding any claim or course of treatment. Similarly, I've called customer service a number of times and a human answers on the first ring. I've also emailed them with questions. They've been helpful every time, I'm quite impressed.

I cannot day enough great things about Figo. I have never had a policy that paid out as much as them. Having Figo was truly an added bonus after learning that my dog had a mast cell tumor in his nostril, requiring surgery. Figo is always super responsive and the money hits my checking account on no time. Highly recommended!

I researched several pet insurances before finding Figo. It had the best coverage without breaking my budget. Submitting claims is super easy and the return is super quick. So far I've had no issues and I'm glad I chose this insurance.
