disappointing service
Very disappointed in this company after seeing top reviews. They decided to not pay for a claim, stating the dates of onset of my dogs illness fell inside of the initial waiting period. In the vets records, the onset of his symptoms is recorded as 5 days after the waiting period ended, but FIGO denied claims stating symptoms were 9 days earlier, and this is documented nowhere in my dogs records. It took 2 weeks for them to come to this conclusion. Be careful to understand that there is a difference between when your dogs policy begins and when it actually becomes effective, and know that the company will make false or unsubstantiated conclusions in order to not pay claims.
