Totally impressed with FIGO!!

In my opinion Figo Pet Insurance is amazing. They are very transparent and customer service oriented. When I joined, which was not long ago I read through everything and I called Figo and asked a lot of questions for clarification. But now something happened to my pup out of no where and Figo followed/covered exactly what I read and they communicated. I think it is a well structured insurance company. My only advice is to read / talk with customer service and know what your plan covers. Take time to know what a pre existing condition/symptom is because no pet insurance will cover that. I fully trust Figo and I will proudly recommend this insurance to my family, friends and vet office!

Figo insurance is hands down one of the…

Figo insurance is hands down one of the best companies I have ever had to work with. I have used this insurance for almost 3 years and 2 dogs. I had to submit a few claims over the years and the process is quick and easy. My claims were reviewed and approved the same day that I submitted! Payment direct deposited into my account 48 hours later. Fantastic customer service, fantastic coverage and peace of mind for puppy owners!

Convenience and Fast

The mobile is extremely convenience, easy to use and the claim process is fast. My dog had an emergency and went to the hospital for stitches for her open wound. I filed the claim from my phone and uploaded all necessary documents from the mobile app. The claim was approved within two days and the funds was received within 4 days.

Figo has provided me peace of mind...

Figo has provided me peace of mind during this turbulent first year with my trouble maker of a pup. Processing claims is extremely easy and quick. I am definitely renewing my policy for another year!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
