Figo | Pet Insurance Review

I am so glad I got Figo pet insurance.. I have nothing to say but good things :) When I met my $250 deductible, I needed to bring Ori in for a visit due to "possible" ear problems. I filed my claim right away when I got home and within 4 and a 1/2 hours they had closed my claim and said the money will be in my account within 3 to 5 days..I was super impressed. I'm Also impressed with their customer service. Whenever I have sent them a text message about a question, etc, they always got back to me in a super/timely manner. Thank God for Figo

When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, Figo was there all the way. Claims were processed extremely quickly. Minimal work was done on my end. Hassle free, would definitely recommend.

Amazing so far. I feel like it’s insurance well spent

I used FIgo for three months but recently cancelled them for another insurer. I'm giving them two stars because their customer service is good and we always received prompt responses. My issue with them is pricing and the structure of their insurance. They charge a higher monthly premium than other insurers. They charge the co-pay prior to applying the deductible, which, frankly, is ridiculous. It makes no sense that they should be reducing your out-of-pocket expense by the co-pay before applying it to your deductible. Lastly, they don't cover the cost of vet fees. I'm honestly surprised they have as many customers as they do with a structure like this. I switched to another insurance company which will save me $20/mo, covers the cost of vet fees, and applies expenses to the deductible before co-pay. No brainer.
