Pick from one of their three comprehensive plans, then add powerups like Wellness, Veterinary Exam Fee Coverage, or the Extra Care Pack. They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Figo has been nothing but great

Figo has been nothing but great! From the customer service to claims reimbursement. The turn around for refunds is literally so fast. They practice what they preach. Exactly what they promise from what is covered to their kind caring employees and customer service. Everyone is caring and patient. When you call and have a ton of questions, they take the time to answer all of them. I would and have recommended Figo to many of my friends. I feel confident that my pet is covered and I can focus on my pet's recovery rather than worrying about how I will be able to pay my bill. So happy with Figo!

Easy & Worth it

Figo has been a lifesaver literally, for us and our dogs. We are so grateful for how easy, affordable, and fast it is. It was offered as a benefit through my work and I’m very glad to have chosen it. Recommend it every chance I get!

I appreciate how quickly Figo reimburses expenses!

Their coverage is amazing for the price they charge compared to other insurance companies. We are very thankful that we enrolled all four of our dogs, one of which has 3 chronic illnesses and without insurance we would not be able to afford all of her treatments!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
