Great insurance

I was with another pet insurance company for about two years. I'm so glad I made the switch to Figo. Within 3 months of switching to Figo, my poor dog was diagnosed with a health issue which came out of no where. Figo's claim process is convenient and effortless. They make process smooth and without any headaches. Their CSR's are also helpful in explaining coverage. I was overwhelmed and still in shock of my dog's diagnosis but the claim process helped ease my mind a bit. Thank you, Figo!

I highly recommend Figo Pet Insurance

I've used Figo pet insurance since we got both of our fur babies as puppies in the Spring of 2018. They provide great coverage options, quick service, and quick turnaround times for claim payments. Any time we've ever had a question, they have been prompt to respond and fully answered any questions or concerns. They were very kind when we had to put one of our fur babies down in February of this year. I highly recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance.

Zero stress

Figo has taken the stress portion away from all of our illness trips to the vet with our Sable. She’s had multiple issues with allergies, hurt paws, and infections so having the piece of mind that those appointments aren’t completely out of pocket makes it completely worth having.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
