Extremely disappointed with Figo Pet…
Extremely disappointed with Figo Pet Insurance.
I filed a claim for a simple visit, which is clearly covered by my plan. Instead of processing it, Figo ignored my documentation and denied the claim without any explanation.
The veterinary clinic confirmed that the issue happened only because of a name mismatch (my dog’s legal name vs the name I use daily), but after receiving the corrected invoices Figo still refused to reimburse anything.
Customer service kept ignoring follow-ups, and instead of helping, they tried to upsell me on staying as a customer.
Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my policy.
Very poor communication and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.
