Figo closes claims within 24 hours to avoid payouts.
I have been incredibly disappointed in Figo. The company goes out of its way to obstruct the claims process, via prematurely closing claims within 24 hours of requesting documentation, requesting documentation from veterinarians unrelated to the claim (even a veterinary office that had never seen my pet before), and using middle men in customer service to prevent direct communication with claims adjusters, and claiming pre-existing conditions if nothing else works. I feel that Figo does not care about the satisfaction of its customers or the health of their pets. I have cancelled auto-renewal of my policy, and have told other people to stay away from Figo.
PS - In response to the reply from Figo, I have already called the claims department 4 times regarding these issues with no resolution
