Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Thanks for fetch reimburse us the money so fast. Our pet was in hospital for a couple of days and the cost is not a small number for the family. The reimbursement for Fetch means a lot for our family!

I am happy to praise my experience with Ms. Megan Sparks. Pet owners know that the cost of care can be scary, and so too can the cost of insurance. I was nervous when I called about I called with difficult questions about my pets' deductibles. Megan was able to answer each of them. Given the math involved, we went through a number of hypotheticals, and Megan was able to show me where I was incorrect in my calculations or understanding of the policy. She did so kindly and with a great deal of reassurance. I was also extremely impressed by how knowledgeable Megan was when it came to the details of the plans. I would rate my call with Megan as the single finest customer service experience I have had in years. Megan deserves a great deal of praise from everyone at Fetch. -- Ben Kerschberg

My cat itachi is my absolute lifeline. I got him as a kitten and after he accidentally got into some human medication, I got him enrolled into Fetch just to be safer for future emergencies or appointments. Not even a month later, he got diagnosed with heart failure and heart disease. Fetch has been with me every step of the way, and i’ve gotten thousands of dollars back that I otherwise would have never seen again. His 6 month check ups, emergency visits, medication. Everything has been covered not only almost fully, but in a timely manner. I’ve only had one issue but it was on my end of not submitting his early adoption paperwork. It was resolved within one day and my check was sent out. I am so grateful.

I already purchased this insurance under a different name and I'm really worried about the negative reviews I have been reading. I will be calling to talk to someone about my concerns hopefully this week.
