Wow, finally a great experience with an "Insurance Company"! I must say dealing with Amanda at Fetch Pet Insurance was such a positive experience, that I had to comment on it here! Amanda was totally informed about their products and the different coverage options. She readily compared the options available to the consumer, Me! Samantha at Fetch was wonderful!!

I had been very frustrated trying to get all the information to Fetch insurance for my claim. I was getting to the point of just cancelling the insurance. Then I was able to speak directly to Samantha Jenkins at Fetch insurance who very calmly and efficiently got together with myself and my veterinarian and solved the problem with missing information. Samantha was wonderful and restored my faith with Fetch!!

Policy

Having pet insurance is beneficial however not with Fetch Pet insurance. Very disappointed, inefficient and lack of communication.

Fetch is Golden

Fetch has clear and concise policy choices and is extremely easy to use. Their responses are swift and complete with explanations and follow through. Deductables are reasonable and payments completely on time. No fuss, Great to work with. Bailey is a very happy Golden Retriever.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
