Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

I am very grateful that the Humane Society recommended fetch insurance over the others when I adopted Walter. Fetch has been incredibly straightforward and easy to use. What’s more, so is that they practice what they preach and took care of me the moment I needed to use their services. I’ve already submitted my care claim and a hospital claim. I’m very grateful in knowing that Fetch took care of us during our time of need.

This insurance has pretty good coverage and a wellness plan if you’re interested in that. My dog has been with Fetch for about 3 years now and no major issues with them ever. However, the process has been taking a lot longer lately (although they send emails/texts notifying you that they’re taking a while so at least they’re communicative), their app’s UI can definitely have some improvements (i.e. not being able to find claim info easily, having to dig to find how much deductible is left), and there was one time that they’ve declined a claim and I’ve had to have the vet explain in more detail for them to approve which was a hassle. Customer service has always been friendly however, and I’ve had no issues with them ever.

I’ve had the most incredible experience with Fetch!! They’ve covered all or our Evie’s TPLO expenses just as I understood the policy would. No goofy loophole language in the wording of the policy for them to hide behind. I’ve shared my experience with many other pet owners. ❤️

Wonderful customer service that walks you through every step of the way! Offers the ease of picking your own plan and ability to make changes as you need. Claims also pay quickly.

My two-year old sheepadoodle has seizures. I live in north Mississippi and have had him at the emergency room in Memphis three times. They have paid off every time. I’m so fortunate to have pet insurance through Fetch! They even pay for his anti-seizure medication!
