Thank you Justin Erwin!
I had a issue with a check that didn't get electronically put into my checking account. I called so many times and no one seemed to want to be bothered to help me or look into it.I had spoken to about four reps and a manager that was no help and was very rude. I finally got someone named Justin Erwin on the phone and he was the most helpful and nice person that i have spoken to at Fetch. Not only did he look into it he called me back with an answer and explained to me what happened and that it was being mailed to me. There should be more people like Justin working for Fetch! Thank you Justin for all your help.

As a newbie to Fetch
As a newbie to Fetch, I have had only a few dealings with the company. When I signed up, I thought the service representative was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The only claim that I have made was for my initial puppy visit at nine weeks. The claim process was fast and efficient. Now I am submitting my claim for the 12 week visit. And they say it takes up to two weeks for review. That seems quite long to me. But I am still waiting to see what reimbursement I will receive. I’m glad I signed up for Insurance as a puppy. The pre-existing issues makes it very hard to sign up with an older dog.

What fetch promises they deliver
What fetch promises they deliver. The process seems lengthy but it is consistent. Fetch is a caring dependable reputable pet insurance to protect your pet. My girl is my jewel and I protect her with nothing better than the best I can get. Fetch is just that.

HAPPY WITH FETCH INSURANCE FOR OUR DOGWe have had Fetch for about 2 years now…
We have had Fetch for about 2 years now and have had any questions answered promptly and kindly. Fortunately we have not had but a few claims for prescriptions to be processed. We have received the check payments promptly also. Staff is very helpful!
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$250, $300 and $500
Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.
Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.
Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
