After a few bumpy roads at the…
After a few bumpy roads at the beginning (asking for several pieces of information such as dates before my pets were born or asking for items already provided) the last requests for claim reviews have been somewhat smooth. One pending claim at the moment asked me via email for my pet’s name, DOV, receipts and something else which was already provided. Not sure if the email is too generic without asking for detailed info., but suggesting here to be specific of the ask so I can best assist you with the process. Thank you.

Frequent updates of claim
I am impressed with the frequent updates of our first claim which was approved. I have never had pet insurance before, but am so glad we have Fetch for puppy Daphne Pickles.
