If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. My kids have been paying for our dog for over 2 years. We had an emergency vet visit, and my daughter spent 2 months jumping through hoops trying to get our claim paid to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ALL THEY DO IS DENY, DENY, DENY.

Great Service ALL the time with Fetch

I appreciate the prompt payment that you do, sometimes its a struggle, and its good to know that the reimbursement will be quick. I'm really glad that we also now have the Wellness option for our pets.

dispute

I signed up for insurance on the 2nd, was charged on the 9th. Went to my first vet visit on the 25th and was told I would not be reimbursed because it was within my 15 day waiting period. The day I signed up was 23 days before that visit, and the day I was charged was 17 days before the visit. Both of those should be after my 15 day waiting period. It sounds like I am getting scammed and you are refusing to pay me back. I have called twice to ask and customer service says they can't see enough on their end so they don't know what to tell me.

Don was the best I the fifth star wouldn't come up so I'm rewriting this. I'm very slow with the computer John was extremely patient and very helpful far beyond any experience I've had with fetch.. …

Don was the best I couldn't give him five stars the first time I rated him because I couldn't make the fifth star come up and I wanted to so I have written this again this time the five-stars showed up he was patient and helpful and just great I have issues with the computer and he really helped me.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
