Amazing customer service

I contacted fetch over the phone and spoke to Amanda Mello she was absolutely amazing to talk to she was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had about changing my pup over to fetch. She even called me back when we lost connection over the phone. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in fetch to give her a call if you have. They also provide more services and are extremely cheaper than my current pet insurance.

Amanda is THE ambassador and pet advocate you want to have for your case. I needed help to enroll my Venus. Amanda loves animals and will get the best option for you, for what you need now. Excellent customer assistancetook the time with me on the…

Carrisa took the time with me on the phone to help me locate where I could see my uploaded documents online. The phone pictures just didn't cut it doing the upload by the app. She was really conscientious and 110% focused on assisting me with the upload so I could move on to making a claim.

Updating a previous review

Updating a previous review -- I have submitted everything and then some and still they refuse coverage. This insurance is an outright scam. I'm out money that could have gone to a company that would have actually done what it claims. Edit: For reference -- the claim they denied was for something 5 days outside of the waiting period and not a pre-existing condition. I will not allow them to lie about the scam they're doing.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
