Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

I had to send additional documentation to have a claim paid. That was almost 2 months ago and I have followed up several times and told it takes 30 days. Well it's 60 days. Why would I recommend this insurance when I am basically told the last tim I chatted. There is no update I need to wait. I STILL have not heard anything and I responded to the request.

When comparing my pets insurance to my friends, I have the best hands down. The app is super user friendly, the instructions are clear and claims are paid super quickly. I hope I don’t have to make anymore claims but if I do, Fetch has done an exceptional job making sure the pet owners have one less thing to worry about. Thank you, Fetch!

AWFUL COMPANY!!! I had this insurance for my dog for 2 years in the USA, when I moved to Canada I called them to ask to transfer my insurance over to Canada as I would be living here for a while. The insurance was transferred and I paid for the first month, after that they canceled my plan WITHOUT any warning, never sent me an email or text message or anything to let me know the insurance was canceled. I found out as I thought it was weird they were not charging me and went to look in the app. I have them a call to find out what happened and their answer was basically that there was nothing they could do and they had to send an authorization in order to re instate my membership without never providing me with a reason why it was canceled even tho I asked several times why. It has been a week since that and still they didn't get back to me. I tried to contact their costumer service again and the answer was " Is still under review, there's nothing we can help you with" DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PET. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Imagine needing them if you pet gets sick. AWFUL!!

I have this insurance for quite some time now and I am very happy with it. I don’t have any problem submitting claims and getting reimbursement. And I even get a discount on premium if I didn’t have any claims filed. One of my cats has diabetes and the insulin pen is expensive and having this insurance has helped a lot to cover the cost of this medication. I have been telling other pet owners and the vets about this insurance. I have 3 cats now (used to be 4 but just loss one that had abdominal mass that was inoperable) and all of them are covered. It’s really worth it knowing that you will be able to get them the treatment they need without worrying about the costs.
