The communication by Fetch is awesome

The communication by Fetch is awesome. I never have to remember to follow up with submitted claims they email/text in a timely manner so you know what stage your claim is in. Their App is useful and easy to navigate. They are good payers and I appreciate this since my dog has had issues lately and I do not hesitate to get her the treatment she needs since I know she is covered.

I have insured my dogs with Fetch…

I have insured my dogs with Fetch formerly PetPlan since 2009. I currently have four dogs covered. I like being able to choose the deductible and amount of insurance. Customer service is great.

Pet insurance assurance

Very impressive insurance service. No bad experiences. Very accessible and easy mobile app to utilize to submit claims, ask questions and much more. All the representatives are very friendly, respectable and assistive. I recommend Fetch to all my friends and family who need pet insurance. I’m proud to be member of this insurance.

Pain In The Tuckis for claims ;(. We have two small dogs with very…

We have two small dogs with very sensitive stomachs. Each time they eat something they shouldn’t , it makes them sick. Fetch made it impossible to get refunded as they claim it’s a preexisting condition. We’ve spent thousands with no help from them.

This company has saved our lives with…

This company has saved our lives with our pets. We wouldn’t be able to give the best care possible without Fetch. We have been with fetch for approx. 6-7 years. We have gone through Bladder stones, diabetes, cancers and we were able to make the right decisions for our pets due to having the confidence we would be able to afford the care. We are currently still using Fetch with our English Springer Spaniel, Koa and will continue to use them!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
