The process for submitting a claim was…
The process for submitting a claim was easy. I'd paid for insurance for my English Bulldog for a number of years but never encountered a time when I needed to use it. Until one weekend, I woke up to a very sick pup. One trip to the weekend emergency vet and another trip to our regular vet + an x-ray + an ultrasound + surgery + and overnight stays = thousands out of pocket. It was a scary and stressful situation and I was grateful that in the midst of it, Fetch's website portal and claim request system was easy to navigate and use. Medical records and receipts were easy to upload and Fetch kept me up-to-date with the status of my claims. Reimbursements were deposited straight into my bank account within a week of the claim approvals.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
